Sausage & Peppers

1 lb of Hot Sausage

1 lb of Sweet Sausage

2 Green Peppers sliced into strips

2 Small Onions or 1 Large Onion cut into strips

3 Hot Cherry Peppers from a Jar (with liquid)

Olive Oil

Italian Seasoning

Black Pepper

White Wine

Cut sausage links into thirds place in pan with onion & peppers.   Coat the sausage, onion and peppers with olive oil and season to taste with Italian seasoning & crushed black pepper.   Add a few teaspoons of the hot pepper liquid to the pan.  Cook at 425 degrees covered for  15-20 minutes.  Toss ingredients and cook uncovered for another 30-40 minutes or total cook time of one hour.  Serve on toasted garlic bread to make a delicious sandwich.  Before and after pics below.

Mmmm

Mozzarella, Roasted Red Peppers rolled in Veal cutlet and wrapped in Pancetta.  Plated on a bed of baby spinach cooked in olive oil, garlic, and white wine sauce.  Served with a side of garlic bread and Pasta aglia olio.  Veal Recipe from Rachel Ray
